Ben Byers

Injury Lawyer

“As a personal injury attorney, I am able to help make a real difference in many people's lives. There is nothing more satisfying than helping our clients obtain what they rightfully deserve, and without our help, our clients would be left alone with no one to help guide them or fight for them. 'Dare to reach out your hand into the darkness, to pull another hand into the light'.”

Ben Byers graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in broadcasting in 2002. He went on to receive his J.D. from Northern Kentucky University’s Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2006.

When Ben is talking with clients, he makes an effort to explain the entire legal process in detail and encourages them to ask questions so they feel comfortable and understand what’s happening with their case. Ben will even make house calls to accommodate clients who lack transportation to and from the Woods and Woods legal office.

Ben is a member of the following professional organizations and pursuits, including:

  • Kentucky Bar Association
  • Kentucky Justice Association

Outside of the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, reading, swimming, and following college football and basketball.
