Stroller is Indiana defective product

It seems like safety recalls are something parents have to be on constant watch for because manufacturing errors that can risk a child’s safety are found in toys and equipment all the time.

However, according to News 25, an item that may seem it can do no harm could in fact cost a child his or her life. Unfortunately, due to four infant deaths, a Graco stroller is being recalled due to the potential for Indiana defective product injuries.

The stroller that is considered an Indiana defective product injury risk was made before 2007, and the infant deaths due to the defective product occurred between 2003 and 2005.

EVSC files Evansville defective product suit

Parents and educators alike would agree that properly functioning tools are essential to the success of a school system and its students. Increasingly, the tools needed for such success are computers.

However, computers are just the reason Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation is taking Hewlett Packard to court, according to Tristate Home Page.

EVSC has had many problems with netbooks manufactured by Hewlett Packard, and the school system is filing an Evansville defective product suit as a result.

The netbooks used by students have experienced Evansville defective product issues such as cracks near hinges on the computers and damage to the base areas. When EVSC has contacted HP about the Evansville defective products, HP has been unwilling to fix the problems.
