Henderson truck accident injures two

June 17, 2010

The hazards of the road are something drivers deal with every day, but perhaps those most at risk are the ones working to keep our roads safe. Road construction workers are in danger simply by occupying their work environment.

Unfortunately, two workers realized that danger when they were injured in a Henderson truck accident.

According to The Gleaner, two construction workers were injured when a vehicle lost control on the Audubon and struck the parked truck in which they were sitting, causing the Henderson truck accident.

A 48-year-old man fell asleep behind the wheel of a commercial box truck and struck the truck in which the construction workers were sitting. Two of the workers, a 25-year-old man and a 55-year-old man, were injured as a result of the Henderson truck accident.
