Indiana worker dies in accident, could lead to Indiana worker’s compensation

Construction work is dangerous, given the height, tools, and other aspects involved. Unfortunately a painter experienced that danger firsthand when he fell to his death while painting at the construction site of a power plant, according to the Princeton Daily Clarion.

The man who was painting a tank at the Indiana construction site fell 40 feet when the scaffolding collapsed, causing him to suffer head and chest injuries as a result of the Indiana workplace injury, which could lead to an Indiana worker’s compensation case.

The victim in the Indiana workplace injury which could lead to an Indiana worker’s compensation case was 52 years old.
