Mike Woods became interested in advocating for the rights of injury victims early in his law career. His brother Steve joined the firm as a case manager in 1987. The firm expanded with the addition of their brother Bill, who joined soon after obtaining his law degree. Several years later, their brother Rick also joined the family business, submitting his talents as a case manager. The firm's tradition of family and community involvement was continued with the addition of local Evansville personal injury lawyer Rod Clutter in 2003, whose wife also joined him at the firm.

Experience, Dedication, and Excellence

Bill and Mike Woods are both board certified attorneys, an honor bestowed by the National Board of Trial Advocacy on less than one percent of all attorneys in Indiana. Attorneys of this caliber must be recommended by three judges and must pass a rigorous examination in addition to the Indiana Bar Examination, and their qualifications must meet the highest standards of review. Board certification proves an attorney has experience, dedication, and training.

Woods and Woods is an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and holds an A+ ranking. The firm continues to build on the firm’s fundamental values of commitment to legal work of the highest standard, responsive client service, and helping the community.
