Mike Woods founded the firm in 1985 after becoming interested in advocating for the rights of injury victims early in his law career. His brother Steve joined the firm as a case manager in 1987. The firm expanded with the addition of their brother Bill who joined soon after obtaining his law degree. Several years later, their brother Rick also joined the family business, submitting his talents as a case manager. The firm’s tradition of family and community involvement was continued with the addition of local Evansville attorney Rod Clutter in 2003 whose wife also joined him at the firm.

Bill and Mike Woods are both Board Certified attorneys, an honor bestowed by the National Board of Trial Advocates on less than 1% of all attorneys in Indiana.
