Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers to Provide “SAFE AND SOBER FREE CAB RIDE HOME”
For St. Patrick’s Day Revelers

Local Law Firm Urges Drivers to Think Ahead &
Plan to Use a Safe Transportation Alternative

EVANSVILLE , Indiana , March 10, 2006 — St. Patrick’s Day is well known for its revelry involving alcohol. Statistically, St. Patrick’s Day now ranks close behind New Year’s Eve in traffic accidents involving drunk drivers. This St. Patrick’s Day, Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers will assist in the fight against drunk driving by offering the law firm’s “Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home” program for the residents of Vanderburgh County.

Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers will team up with the Yellow Cab Company to provide a free transportation alternative for partygoers. Cab rides are made available to area residents who otherwise might attempt to drive home after drinking. Rides are provided to an individual’s residence, not other drinking locations. To request a free cab ride home, an individual calls the Yellow Cab Company at (812) 429-0000 and either mentions the Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home program or simply states that Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers is paying for their safe ride home.

The program will be available for St. Patrick’s Day revelers from 11 pm on Friday, March 17, 2006 through 3 am on Saturday, March 18, 2006. Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers are proud to be the sole local sponsor of the Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home program.

“We ask all motorists to accept the responsibility of driving safe and sober this St. Patrick’s Day,” says Mike Woods, founder of Woods and Woods Injury Lawyers. “Plan ahead, if you overindulge, take advantage of our Safe and Sober Free Cab Ride Home program. We believe that drunk driving is no accident and warn that our law firm will aggressively pursue suit against any drunk driver who harms an innocent victim this St. Patrick’s Day or any other day of the year.”
