This Vietnam veteran had been struggling while seeking the compensation they were owed from the VA since 1995 when they hired our team in 2014. We won them a 100% rating for their mental health conditions, plus special monthly compensation for aid and attendance. Because of mistakes made by the VA, we were also able to get them missing back pay to their original effective date in 1995.
